Please join us for a special weekend of Biodanza as we warmly welcome Catherine Canning from Biodanza Glasgow back to Manchester.
Catherine will guide us through a weekend of dancing with the elements, with a particular focus on the qualities of Air: freedom, lightness, expansion, movement and possibility.

A Biodanza weekend gives us the opportunity to immerse ourselves more deeply in the practice and its possibilities. Some previous experience of Biodanza or another conscious dance practice is therefore encouraged.
Our intention is for participants to leave feeling balanced and grounded, yet lighter, inspired and perhaps even… walking on air.

* 12:30 pm – Arrival and registration
* 1:00 pm – Introduction to the theme and verbal sharing
* First Biodanza vivencia
* 4:00–5:00 pm – Break for food
* 5:00–7:00 pm – Second Biodanza vivencia
* 7:00 pm – Close
Sunday 27 September | 10:00 am–5:00 pm
* 10:00 am – Arrival, tea and coffee
* 10:30 am – Verbal sharing circle
* Morning Biodanza vivencia
* 1:00 pm – Lunch break; please bring some food to share
* Afternoon Biodanza vivencia
* 4:30 pm – End of dancing
* 5:00 pm – Close
Prices and Bookings
Early-bird price: £105 when booked by 10th September
Full price: £135 after the early-bird deadline.
Places are limited, and booking for the full weekend is essential. It is not possible to book individual days.

Heald Green Village Hall is a welcoming and conveniently located venue in South Manchester, with excellent transport connections for those travelling from across the North West and beyond.

Heald Green Train Station: approx. 0.5 miles / 0.8 km – around 10–12 minutes’ walk
