DESCRIPTION:Life is constantly moving\, changing and unfolding — and so are we. \nThrough music\, movement and encounters with others\, Biodanza invites us to explore our vitality\, spontaneity and the simple pleasure of being alive. \n“Moving with Life” is an invitation to enjoy movement\, be present\, express ourselves and rediscover the joy of sharing experiences with others. \nThroughout the afternoon\, we’ll share two Biodanza sessions with a break in between to relax\, enjoy some food and spend time together. \nWhether you’re completely new to Biodanza or have been dancing for years\, you’re warmly welcome to join us. \nThese monthly gatherings are an opportunity to come and experience Biodanza\, meet us\, connect with others and get to know the beautiful space that will become the home of the Biodanza School in Manchester from September 2027. \nWe’ll share two Biodanza sessions together\, with a break in between to relax\, connect and share some food. \n📅 Saturday 31st October\n⏰ 1pm–6pm\n💛 Early Bird £35 Full Price £45 when paid after 26th October\nBooking in advance is essential. \nFacilitated by: Maria Canizalez Jerez \nThere will be a break between the two sessions\, and you’re invited to bring something to share for our table. \nCome and meet us\, discover our new space and\, most importantly\, come and dance! \nEveryone is welcome – no previous Biodanza experience is needed.
